Ltd. is a proud owner of 3 service apartments of which 2 are in Vasant Kunj named STAY INN and STAY INN VILLA and 1 at Gurgaon at Ambiance apartments which is a residence block on the NH-8 immediately after crossing the Delhi border entering into Gurgaon. The same is named as STAY INN GURGAON.

Mentioned below are the details of our first service apartment, STAY INN, which was started in May 2005 in D6 Block of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The flats are actually 02 bedrooms flat but after renovation, this was converted into a 03 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a small lawn on the front side which is maintained regularly. The lawn is located in such a way that there is no problem of parking your vehicles. All rooms are with attached toilets. The place has a small sit out which can seat 03 guests and has a dinning area for maximum 04 guests at one time.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave / toaster / griller / refrigerator / Aqua Guard water purifier with proper utensils for making and serving food. Menu cards for more than 50 restaurants are placed in all rooms as the guest staying can order whatever they want on their own which shall be served to them with our compliments.This Serviced Apartment in Delhi is 06kms from the International as well as the domestic airport.
